- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Terrible bank. I moved to cutler bay a year ago. This is my closest bank. And it's the worst . :( the drive thru is open, but no one comes to the window. They have wasted so much of my time. I cannot understand how this would be considered good customer service. They make transaction errors frequently. Sabrina and Leslie have helped me. And been nice.
